Sheikh Khaled bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan has officially opened the Al Samha Housing Project, a substantial residential initiative in Abu Dhabi valued at Dh738 million. Occupying a 50-hectare site, the project consists of 242 villas, complemented by 33 public parks and green spaces. Additionally, it features a mosque capable of accommodating 644 worshippers, two commercial centers with 38 retail outlets, and a 3-kilometer cycling track.
